At Summit Health and Wellness, we offer an effective weight loss program that starts with a consultation with our experienced nurse practitioner. Prior to beginning treatment with semaglutide, we will require recent lab work that can be obtained from your primary care provider or arranged through us. Once cleared, we will provide a prescription for a weekly injection to help you achieve your weight loss goals.
